Hello;
About Blacklists:
What is a Blacklist: Lists containing IP addresses that have been identified as sending unwanted (spam) emails.
How Blacklist System Works:
Blacklist organizations gather intelligence information related to IPs from different sources.
There are different intelligence sources for different types of spam.
Non-user email addresses are added to domain areas by blacklist organizations.
They redirect unrecognized emails they receive to the spam blacklist company.
When sending bulk emails, if you attempt to send emails to unknown email addresses, the system can capture these emails and add them to the blacklist.
If your IP address is blacklisted:
Many servers, due to your IP being on a blacklist, will not allow mail to exit the server.
Many servers will also reject emails you send if your IP is blacklisted.
In this case, if your IP is blacklisted, your email applications may encounter errors.
When you try to send an email to a user,
When your email reaches the target mail server, the mail server performs a security query on your IP through DNSBL (servers that contain lists of blacklist organizations and perform IP address queries).
*** If the result is positive, your email will reach the intended user.
ATTENTION: Different mail servers can query different blacklist organizations.
Your IP address could be on one organization's blacklist, but if the recipient's mail server queries a different organization, your email will reach the destination.
If you are experiencing unwanted email sending from your email address:
* If you are receiving error messages from addresses you haven't sent emails to.
* If your IP has ended up on a blacklist despite not using a mail server.
There is a high possibility that one of your computers has been infected by a virus.
Viruses install software that can send emails from your computer without your knowledge and are controlled by individuals who manage them,
sending malicious emails. To prevent this issue, you need to scan your computers with security software.
If you're using a firewall, you can examine firewall logs to determine which computer is sending unwanted emails.
Sometimes the security software you use may not detect and clean all viruses. In this case, you may need to format (reinstall) computers that you identify as infected.
If your IP is blacklisted:
Many servers, when sending mail, won't allow mail to exit the server if your IP is blacklisted.
Many servers will also reject emails you send if your IP is blacklisted.
In this case, if your IP is blacklisted, your email applications may encounter errors.
To determine if an IP address is blacklisted,
You can perform queries from any blacklist organization's website.
You can also perform queries for multiple blacklist organizations at once using the following addresses:
ATTENTION: Some blacklist organizations only list the identified IP address for spam, while others blacklist the entire IP block.

If your IP address is listed on a blacklist, we recommend using multiple antivirus programs for virus control and cleaning.
After cleaning the virus, we suggest performing online virus checks on the websites of Comodo and Bitdefender antivirus software.
